Frequently asked questions
What counts as a 'connected inbox'?
Each shared mailbox you connect via OAuth counts as one inbox. Personal inboxes and individual user accounts are not counted. You can connect Gmail/Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 shared mailboxes.
How are analyzed threads counted?
A thread is counted each time the system processes it for workflow clustering or SOP generation. Re-analyzing the same thread for updates counts as a new analysis. Threads are counted monthly and reset on your billing date.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your data and published SOPs are preserved across plan changes.
Do I need the Governance Pack?
The Governance Pack adds formal approval routes, audit log export, and data retention policies. If your team requires sign-off before publishing procedures or needs exportable compliance records, it is the right add-on. Business tier includes these features by default.
What happens when I exceed my thread limit?
You can purchase additional thread capacity at $6 per 10,000 threads/month. You will not lose access to existing SOPs. The system will pause new analysis until you add capacity or your monthly limit resets.
